Design Researcher with expertise in qualitative approaches, ethnographic methodologies and experience driving product decisions for enterprise consumer products (fashion retail & B2B e-commerce) and emerging technology domains.

My innately curious personality, which is drawn to understanding complex cutting edge technology, coupled with an interest in cognitive psychology led me to expand my career in User Research and Strategic Design and transition from a fashion retail and brand strategy background. 


My Process
I have a knack for analyzing stakeholder needs helping me devise the appropriate research methodologies for tactical outcomes while ensuring adherance to strategic goals.My user research toolkit inlcudes contextual inquiry methods, analysing behaviours and attitudes through in-depth interviews, validating sentiments through surveys and co-creation with users. My education in Strategic Design Management has instilliled in me the ability to communicate findings and pitch recommendations through prototypes and visually engaging storytelling.
